Whilst Dr Emma Hattle is away in the UK she will be offering private video consults, so patients can see her ongoingly. You can book now with appointments available from the 22 September 2025.
The appointments she will be offering are 20 minutes in length at a cost of $98. This service is open to both new and existing patients. These can now be booked via our website or please contact the clinic directly.
Due to Medicare legislation, she is unable to offer any rebates on her consultations because she is not currently in Australia. This also means she will not be able to do GP Chronic Condition care plans, Mental Health care plans or Health assessments. However, all of the other GPs at SMMH can assist with these.
If pathology or imaging are required the referral will be sent electronically to you and results received and actioned by Dr Emma as usual.
Scripts will be available electronically and can be received via text or email. If you do not have Medicare you will need to apply for an IHI number via Services Australia for this to be available which is free and easy to do (please click the link or inquire with reception).
