While Dr Emma is away in the UK, she is offering private video consults from 22nd September.

The appointments she will be offering are 20 minutes in length at a cost of $98.

 

This service is open to both new and existing patients. These can now be booked via our website, or please contact the clinic directly.

Due to Medicare legislation, she is unable to offer any rebates on her consultations because she is not currently in Australia.

This also means she will not be able to do GP Chronic Condition care plans, Mental Health care plans or Health assessments; however, all other doctors at the clinic can assist with this while she is away.

If pathology or imaging is required, the referral will be sent electronically to you and results received and actioned by Dr Emma as usual.

Scripts will be available electronically and can be received via text or email. If you do not have Medicare, you will need to apply for an IHI number via Services Australia for this to be available, which is free and easy to do (please see details below, or reception can help).

Due to the time difference between the UK and Australia and with daylight saving, the appointments will initially be in the evening, but after 26 October 2025 will be in the morning.
